The Client Portal is a branded self-service view your clients access with their own login — no app download, no shared credentials, no emailed screenshots.

  • Clients see their active projects, current status, and key milestones
  • Quotes are presented for review and formal acceptance or decline
  • Invoices with payment links are accessible without your team forwarding anything
  • Files and documents uploaded by your staff are available for download
  • Clients can submit support requests or questions directly in the portal
  • Tenant branding (logo, colors) applied so the portal feels like your product

Why it matters

Status-update calls and email threads are expensive in time and attention. A portal shifts routine information delivery to self-service — clients check when they want, not when you are available. It also creates a professional impression: clients are interacting with your branded platform, not your personal email.

How it fits in

The Client Portal surfaces data from every other Agglo module in a read-mostly view scoped strictly to the individual client. A client cannot see another client's records — isolation is enforced at the database layer with row-level security. Your staff controls what is visible through project status settings and file-sharing actions. End User self-signup can be enabled or disabled per tenant.
