Module overview

Inventory

One catalogue for everything your firm sells, builds with, or tracks — always current.

What it does

The Inventory module is the central catalogue that feeds your quotes, invoices, and online store. It covers finished products, services, raw materials, and equipment — each with its own stock level and reorder threshold.

  • Products and services catalogue — shared across Quotes, Invoices, and Online Store
  • Raw materials and equipment tracked separately from sellable items
  • Stock levels updated when items are sold, invoiced, or consumed
  • Low-stock alerts sent to your team when stock falls below a configured threshold
  • Supplier (vendor) directory linked to the materials you source from each
  • Import your existing catalogue by CSV

Why it matters

When your product list lives in a spreadsheet and your orders live somewhere else, stock discrepancies are inevitable. A single catalogue inside your operating platform means every sale, every quote, and every invoice is working from the same record.

How it fits in

Products in Inventory are the line items you add to Quotes and Invoices. The same catalogue populates your Online Store. Raw materials and equipment are tracked separately — they decrease in stock when used in a project or consumed in a service. Vendors are linked to the materials they supply, so reorder information is available alongside stock levels.
