The Quotes and Invoices module handles the full commercial document lifecycle — from an itemized estimate to a paid invoice — inside the same system where you manage clients and projects.
- Build itemized quotes with line items, quantities, unit prices, and tax

- Convert an accepted quote to an invoice with one click — no re-entry

Why it matters
Quotes sent by email get buried, forgotten, or never formally accepted. Invoices tracked in a separate spreadsheet create reconciliation errors. Keeping the full proposal-to-payment chain in one system means less administrative work, fewer mistakes, and a cleaner audit trail for your records.
How it fits in
Quotes are created from a CRM lead or a Project. When the client accepts, the quote converts to an Invoice. Payment is collected through the Payments module using whichever processor the client prefers. All revenue flows into the Ledger, giving the Reporting module accurate financial data without manual entry.
