- Is there a minimum commitment?
- All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, billing continues month-to-month until you cancel with 30 days notice.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Yes. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading gives you immediate access to additional features; downgrading removes access to out-of-tier features at cycle end.
- What is the setup fee for?
- Setup covers account configuration, data import (if applicable), staff onboarding, and a tailored walkthrough of the modules you have enabled. Setup is scoped and quoted separately based on your firm's complexity.
- Are payment processing fees included?
- No — processing fees are charged by your payment processor directly. Agglo does not take a cut. You connect your own accounts and all funds flow directly to you.
- Are prices shown before tax?
- Prices shown are before applicable state and local sales tax. Tax is calculated at checkout based on your billing address.
- Is custom pricing available for larger teams?
- Yes. If your firm has more than 20 staff members or has workflows that require significant customization, contact us and we will scope a dedicated arrangement.
