Agglo ("we," "our," or "us") operates as a software platform that enables professional service firms ("Tenants") to manage their client relationships and business operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about visitors to our marketing website and users of our platform.

Categories of Personal Information Collected. We collect identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address), professional or employment-related information (firm name, industry), and internet or other electronic network activity information (pages visited, browser type, referring URL). We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and its amendment, the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Purposes of Collection and Use. Information collected through our intake form is used solely to respond to demo requests and facilitate onboarding. Platform usage data is used to improve service reliability and security. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data Subject Rights Under CCPA/CPRA. California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information has been collected about them; (2) request deletion of their personal information, subject to certain exceptions; (3) correct inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information); and (5) non-discrimination for exercising these rights. To submit a Data Subject Access Request, contact us at the email address listed below.

Retention. We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, to comply with applicable law, or to resolve disputes. Demo inquiry records are retained for a maximum of 24 months from submission.

Security. We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.

Contact. For privacy-related inquiries or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@agglo.example. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 calendar days. Final legal copy will appear here before the platform is open to external clients.
